Executive Leadership Programme for Founders & CEOs:

Transforming Small to Smart Hospitals

Today, the healthcare system of India growing at double digits and is a high-growth sector. However, small hospitals (with less than 100 beds) are struggling with various issues from infrastructure, human resources, and finance to digitalization. We believe Small Health Care Organizations are the backbone of the country’s healthcare system. As per the current scenario of the overall healthcare system in the country, SHCOs are still struggling with the basic issues, and if they can overcome them, they can play a major role in making healthcare more accessible and outcome driven.

Digital Health Academy in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Management- Raipur is launching a first-of-its-kind course specifically for Founders and CEOs of Small Health Care Organizations to enable them to position their hospital as the preferred care service provider in their area of operation. This course will cover all the practical aspects of how to drive growth and sustainability in a SHCO including recent trends in hospital infrastructure, management strategies, digital health technologies, continuous quality improvement, emerging care models, disruptive innovations, and address the challenges faced by Small Hospitals.

This “execution focus”, immersive programme is designed to enable healthcare systems where we have many sustainable small healthcare organizations reaching the remotest part of the country providing quality care that is affordable, accessible, and accountable. Through this course, our aim is to convert “Small Health Care Organizations” to “Smart Health Care Organizations”.
